Claremont Discourse Series

Established in 1998, the Claremont Discourse lecture series is a forum for faculty at The Claremont Colleges to present current research, publications, and creative projects from a wide variety of disciplines. An important purpose of the series is to highlight and foster the ties between The Library and faculty in order to encourage dialog among audience members and speakers. Attendance is free and open to anyone.

Please note that any views or opinions expressed by presenters in the course of a Claremont Discourse lecture do not necessarily reflect the opinions, beliefs, or values of The Claremont Colleges Services or The Claremont Colleges as a consortium or as individual institutions. We support the academic freedom of our faculty speakers and work to highlight the variety of faculty research topics, and disciplines, across our seven colleges.
