The Honnold Conference Room is ideal for group meetings, interviews, and small presentations. Technology available: 2 Projection screens and whiteboards.*
The Library's meeting rooms are available to current students, staff, and faculty of The Claremont Colleges. Each person may request one reservation per day. Reservations are 1-3 hours long and can be requested up to 2 weeks in advance. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be approved. You will be notified via email whether the request was approved or denied. We will accomodate as many requests as possible, but preference for the Library's meeting rooms will be given to Library staff. (For rooms with immediate availability, check out our Group Study Rooms.)

The Library's meeting rooms are available to current students, staff, and faculty of The Claremont Colleges. Each person may request one reservation per day. Reservations are 1-3 hours long and can be requested up to 2 weeks in advance. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be approved. Digital Studios

Request Room
The Digital Tool Shed is an incubator for innovative digital research, teaching, and learning; it is a space for exploration, practice, engagement, and experiential learning for individuals, groups, and classes. Technology available: large screen / data visualization wall*, green screen wall, laptops with special software.
*Please be advised that the Data Viz Wall and Projector are currently not working in this room. While we are waiting on replacement parts there is a 65" Microsoft Surface Monitor with interactive touch screen available in this room to use for projection.
The primary purpose of the Library's classrooms are for librarians and Library staff to partner with Claremont faculty and instructional staff to provide information literacy and research instruction to students. Students, staff, and faculty of The Claremont Colleges may request use of the Library's classrooms, but priority will be given to Library staff and building partners such as the Center for Teaching & Learning.
We will do our best to accomodate as many requests as possible and respond to you as quickly as possible. Due to heavy interest in using the Library's classrooms, we are requiring at minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for requests. Any requests for use of this space less than 2 weeks in advance will not be considered. Download the Classroom Use Policy
In addition to ad hoc requests, faculty/instructional staff can also request to teach a semester long course in one of the Library's classrooms.

Request Room
The Founders Room is the library's largest presentation and event space. It often serves as a venue for meetings and academic events from across The Claremont Colleges, including our own Claremont Discourse faculty lecture series. View the Founders Room Policy
Due to wide interest in using this space, we require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for requests, but the more advance notice you provide the better.

- 20 laptops (must request Keck 3 laptop cart)
- Zoom Room video conferencing capabilities

Request Room
This Active Learning Center was funded by a Steelcase Education Grant in 2017. The room is designed to be a flexible space for user-centered teaching and learning. The furniture and technology can be reconfigured to support a variety of classroom activities and approaches. The primary use of this room is for information literacy and research instruction sessions in collaboration with Claremont faculty and instructional staff. Students, staff, and faculty of The Claremont Colleges may request use of the Library's classrooms, but priority will be given to Library staff and building partners such as the Center for Teaching & Learning.
Technology available in Keck Classroom:
- Wall to wall whiteboards,
- 24 individual whiteboards
- 2 projectors and screens
- Document camera
- DVD player
- 20 laptops with ArcGIS software installed (when Keck Classroom laptop cart is requested)
